Despite the expected negative impact of the Costa Concordia tragedy on the UK cruise sector, recent figures seem to show the sector holding up well.
According to the UK’s largest online cruise travel agent, cruise.co.uk, the sector appears to be weathering the storm. The company experienced approximately 150,000 searches for cruise deals were undertaken in the past week alone, including a high proportion for March travel.
