Cassava cooked and seasoned with olive oil, garlic Recipe

Ingredients

cassava
peeled and cooked
3
cloves
garlic
crushed or minced
1/3
cup
olive oil
2
tbsps
lemon juice
1
tsp
ground cumin
2
tsps
oregano
Salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Saute garlic in oil until golden brown but not (I prefer the golden garlic!).
Mix the other ingredients and spread the sauce on top of cassava.
Let stand for several minutes and serve.
