Ingredients

peach
sliced into 10 chunks

cooked back bacon rashers
chopped

celery
chopped

cheddar cheese
chopped
Large handful of spinach leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
1
tbsp
honey
1
tsp
mustard
Instructions
Mix the lemon, honey and mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
Add the rest of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Pour in the dressing and toss well.
Best served after chilling for an hour, then can be eaten straight away if not!
