Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, chop stems and sautee in a pan with oil and garlic.
  2. Add sausage and crumble it with a fork; complete cooking.
  3. When warm put sausage in a bowl, add white sauce, Parmesan, parsley, adjust salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the mushrooms caps with mixture.
  5. Bake at 356°F for 15-20 minutes, serve hot.
