Scaloppine with Balsamic Vinegar

It’s a quick and easy recipe and comes out tasty every time. We add balsamic vinegar , a very traditional Italian product . It’s appreciated during our Cooking classes Day of poultry and then Scaloppine with Balsamic Vinegar. A simple, delicious and unexpected flavor!

Instructions
  1. Lightly flour the turkey breast.
  2. Gently melt the butter in a pan, add the turkey and lightly brown on both sides.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar and finish cooking them.
  5. Serve with a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
  6. Tips: Instead of balsamic vinegar you can use lemon or Marsala wine.
  7. You can use beef or chicken instead of turkey.
