chuck roast

carrots roughly chopped

sweet potatoes cut into ½-inch cubes

onions halved
2
sprigs fresh rosemary
3
sprigs fresh thyme

kosher salt

tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large crock pot, add all of the ingredients.
Cook on high heat for 4 hours. (Or 8 hours on low heat).
Remove herb stems and enjoy.
